Brought by Melange Singapore, the traditionally chic collection will include occasion wear, ready-to-wear and menswear called ‘Jaipur Love’ along with Jewellery from Anita Dongre Pinkcity. And what’s best is that all this is happening for a good cause. The event marks the beginning of the festival of lights – Deepavali – a time for celebration, gratitude and giving.
Samia Khan and Bina Rampuria, two friends have organised the fundraising evening, Gala of Light. This event will raise money to support two Singapore charities – Beyond Social Services and Compassion Fund – that support local families through challenging times. This spectacular evening will comprise a cocktail reception, seated dinner, fashion show, live auction and after-party entertainment with DJ Suketu spinning the decks. The fun-filled extravaganza to be held at Marina Bay Sands on Friday, October 4, 2019, is being jointly sponsored by the Eurokars Group and Lim Ching Builders, supported by Porsche. S Iswaran, Minister of Communication and Information will be the Guest of Honour.
