Spicy Mango Sticks



For spiced tequila

  • 1 chilli, sliced
  • 1/2 cup tequila

For popsicle

  • 4 cups diced mango
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • Pinch cayenne pepper
  • 6 tbsp jalapeño tequila (from above)


For the chilli-infused tequila:

  1. In a container with a lid, combine sliced chilli and tequila. Cover and allow to infuse for at least 6 hours before using.

For the margarita popsicles:

  1. In a large blender, blend mango, lime juice, and powdered sugar on high until smooth. Stir in jalapeño tequila.
  2. Pour into popsicle molds, and freeze.

Pina Colada Pops



  • 3/4 cup canned light coconut milk
  • 3/4 cup cubed pineapple frozen
  • 1/2 medium banana peeled and frozen
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 tbsp rum


1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

2. Pour mixture into popsicle moulds. Freeze and serve
