Zinc: This nutrient ensures that your sex drive, potency and fertility stays in shape. Men usually to get only 2/3 of the daily requirement of 15 milligrams as they tend to sweat more than women. Good sources of zinc are turkey, oysters, cereals and beans.
■ 2 slices of whole meal
■ 2 tbsp reduced-fat
■ 2 slices turkey salami
■ fresh salad leaves
■ 1 tbsp raisins
■ 2 slices tomatoes
■ 2 slices of onion
1. Spread cream cheese on one bread slice. Place 5 to 6 raisins.
2. Place some lettuce or spinach leaves on the other slice. Place turkey salami on top of this.
3. Add the tomato and onion slices.
4. Combine the bread slices to form sandwiches.
