Mishti Doi


  • 800 gm full fat yoghurt
  • 400 gm condensed milk
  • Seasonal fruits, nuts and saffron for garnish


  1. Combine the yoghurt and condensed milk in a mixing bowl. Do not beat, just blend the two ingredients nicely.
  2. Preheat your oven to 250 deg Celsius.
  3. Take a baking dish and gently pour the mixture in it. Bake it for about 10 minutes till the mixture is just a wee bit set but still jiggly.
  4. After 10 minutes put it in the fridge and let it set fully.
  5. In about 2-3 hours your Mishti Doi is ready!
  6. Garnish it with any seasonal fruit, nuts and a few saffron strands.
