Every restaurant reinvents its menu to ensure that it has new and interesting dishes for its customers each time they step in to eat. Hence when Indian fine dining restaurant Yantra invited us to taste its new menu, I was quite excited. The new fare featured ingredients like lemon grass, asparagus, zucchini, sundried tomatoes and so on which are not common to Indian cuisine. As we waited for the first course to arrive, we were served Mango Lassi - the king of fruits that is currently in season. The lassi was mildly sweet and a great start to lunch. Then came the vegetarian starters - Delhi Papdi Chaat and Lal Mirch Ka Paneer Tikka. While the chaat was good, the Paneer Tikka tickled my palate. The spiciness of the red chilli and the mint filling made it delicious.
