Nawabi cocktails

Nawabi Lassi

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 cups thick and chilled yoghurt
  • cups chilled milk
  • 6-8 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tso cardamom pdr
  • 10-12 mint leaves
  • A pinch of salt
  • Ice cubes

METHOD

  1. Blend all the ingredients together till smooth, creamy and frothy. Taste and adjust sweetness. Add more ice cubes if you like a thinner drink.
  2. Pour into large glasses. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and pinch of cardamom powder. Serve immediately.
