  • 30 ml vodka
  • 20 ml apple liqueur
  • 30 ml apple juice
  • 20 ml lemon juice
  • 5 ml vanilla syrup 
  • 1 bhut jolokia chilli (frozen)

 

METHOD

1. Muddle a tiny piece of bhut jolokia chilli in a cocktail shaker. Add all the liquids with ice and shake well.

2. Strain in a glass. If you are brave and can stand heat, grate a little frozen chilli.
