One of the easiest and most effective things you can do for anti-ageing is to have a skincare routine for day and night - ‘the am and pm skin care regime’. Since the skin slowly ages every second of your life, a daily routine keeps ageing in check and the skin surface exfoliated and hydrated. A night routine could be invaluable in keeping ageing at bay and could brilliantly delay the onset of advanced ageing.
1. Use a facewash/cleanser every morning: As you sleep, your skin recovers overnight. This means in the morning you have more dead skin cells to slough off. Rinsing your face only with water will not be sufficient. You need a cleanser or face wash to dislodge the dead cells and emulsify the excess sebum which had collected at night.
